About the Company
“Przemysłówka” Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Przemysłowego Holding Sp. z o.o. [“Przemysłówka” Industrial Construction Holding Company] with its registered office in Olsztyn was established in 1992, when it separated itself from Olsztyńskie Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Przemysłowego [The Olsztyn Industrial Construction Company] – a company with 40 years of experience in the building sector.
Przemysłówka carries out construction and assembly works and oversees the repair and upgrading of industrial facilities, public amenities, housing, sports and religious buildings. The Company also provides civil engineering, electrical and sanitary installations, maintenance services. What is more, in most of its investment tasks, our Company acts as a general contractor and coordinates the entire investment process, from the design stage to the final result, also in the “Design and Build” system.
The Company cooperates with many specialist enterprises – including experienced design offices – in the implementation of complex investment projects.The Company operates in accordance with the Health and Safety Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008, based on the requirements of the norm PN-N-18001:2004, implemented in 2009 in place of the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000 which had been introduced in 2003. The system involves the annual inspection and verification of suppliers’ design and construction services to ensure that they meet the requirements of the Company.
The Company employs 180 people. There are 30 engineering staff members, 19 of whom are site managers with construction qualifications, including three Directors-Contract Coordinators, as well as two people managing the Guarantee Department. We employ 24 office staff members and 126 skilled manual workers.Since 1999, “Przemysłówka” P.B.P. Holding Sp. z o.o has been the annual recipient of awards and honours in the “Construction Site of the Year” competition. Our dedication to health and safety on construction sites has also been acknowledged with the first and second place in the “Safe Construction Site” competitions organised by the National Labour Inspectorate.
A significant number of investors have been cooperating with us for many years. These same investors value our unwavering levels of quality, professionalism and punctuality. Among them are: Michelin Polska S.A., LG Electronics Sp. z o.o., Reckitt Benckiser Poland S.A., MONDI Packaging Świecie, Tchibo, DBK Sp. z o.o., Wojskowa Agencja Mieszkaniowa [Military Housing Agency] in Olsztyn, Olsztyn Municipality, and many others.

Quality and HSE
In 2009 “Przemysłówka” implemented the Health and Safety Management System – based on the requirements of the norm PN-N-18001:2004 – which was integrated with the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008.

2009 - First prize in the “Safe Construction Site” competition organised by the National Labour Inspectorate in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian voivodeship.

Our HSE commitments:
- Ensuring the presence of an Occupational Health and Safety coordinator
- Providing training for our subcontractors
- Placing entries in the Occupational Health and Safety appendix
- Monitoring the status of, and adherence to, the Occupational Health and Safety guidelines
On 25th November 2014, during a ceremony in Warsaw, "Przemysłówka" P.B.P. Holding sp. z o.o. received an award in the National Labour Inspectorate competition: EMPLOYER-ORGANISER OF SAFE WORK ENVIRONMENT. Our Company has been included in the Golden Register of Employers.
